Je n'ai jamais goûté à du matcha aussi bon que ça. Je n'ai plus de baisse d'énergie. Avec du collagène, c'est encore mieux , car à 52 ans le collagène est vraiment important. C'est vraiment agréable de boire quelque chose qui est bon au goût et bon pour la santé .Prendre une tasse de thé matcha le matin fait partie de ma routine quotidienne . Ma façon préférée de le boire le matin, est avec du lait végétal chaud. Un vrai délice!
Je ne sais pas s'il y a une limite pour la consommation par jour pour ce thé, mais si je me retenais pas j'en boirais toute la journée 😂
